Night Owl's marketing crew since opening day. Scottsdale 2022, Tempe 2025. They brought the brand and the pizza-and-pinball concept; we built and run everything that fills the room: web, SEO, Toast ordering, the online shop, flyers, signage, merch, photo, video, and both social accounts.
Heyo. We've been Night Owl's marketing crew since before the doors opened. Helped launch the Scottsdale spot in 2022, then ran it back when Tempe opened in 2025.
They brought the brand and the concept: New York slices, smash burgers, and a wall of pinball under one roof. Our job was to make it impossible to miss, and keep it that way.
So we built the machine. A website that ranks and takes orders, sells gift cards and books events, all wired into their Toast POS. An online shop for the merch. Flyers for every night worth showing up to. Spinner signs on the corner and banners over the patio. Shirts and hats people wear out. Photos and video that make you hungry at midnight. And the part that never stops: running both social accounts, posting, replying, booking events, and pulling people through the door.
Two locations, Scottsdale and Tempe. From opening day to last call, one brand you can't miss.
The problem
A new late-night pizza-and-pinball concept opening cold in Scottsdale, then a second spot in Tempe three years later. Great brand, great pizza, but no audience and a valley full of patios to cut through.
How we fixed it
We didn't stop at design, we run the machine. The Toast-wired site that takes orders and books events, the online shop, the flyers and signage, the photo and video, and the day-to-day social and outreach that keeps both rooms full.
